2026 Bellbrook Music Tag Day Campaign 🎺🥁🚩

Six Weeks. $20,000 Goal. 100% Student Impact.

Welcome to the official Tag Day Campaign Headquarters for the Bellbrook Music Boosters!

​

Dozens of Bellbrook students across Marching Band, Winter Guard, Indoor Percussion, and Concert Ensembles devote thousands of hours every year to represent our community with pride. Tag Day is our largest community fundraiser of the season.

 

Our goal this year is $20,000. Reaching this goal over our 6-week campaign (August 26 – October 7) is essential to supporting our students, covering program costs, and directly preventing student fees from increasing next season.

📅 Important Campaign Dates

  • Virtual Tag Day Campaign: Launches Wednesday, August 26th and closes Wednesday, October 7th.

  • In-Person Tag Day Event #1: Wednesday, August 26th (4:30 PM – 8:00 PM)

  • In-Person Tag Day Event #2: Wednesday, September 2nd (4:30 PM – 8:00 PM)

  • Click Here to Sign Up to Volunteer: In-person Tag Days are Wednesday, Aug 26 and Wednesday, Sept 2 (4:30 PM – 8:00 PM). We urgently need 15 adult drivers per night to shuttle our student teams, as well as volunteers to help with dinner!

💡 Where Your Dollars Go ($175,000 Annual Operating Budget)

The Bellbrook Music Boosters is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. School district funding covers only a fraction of what it takes to field our award-winning programs. Every dollar raised during Tag Day directly funds:

  • 🎺 Instruments & Equipment: Marching band brass/woodwinds, percussion mallet stations, color guard rifles, sabres, flags, and concert instruments.

  • 👗 Uniforms & Costumes: Marching Band, Color Guard, Winter Guard, and Indoor Percussion show uniforms and upkeep.

  • 🚌 Travel & Logistics: Buses to away games, regional competitions, equipment trailer transit, and lodging.

  • 🏆 Competitions & Shows: Contest registration fees, show props, and specialized support staff.

When our entire band works together to hit these milestones, everyone wins!

  • 🥉 $12,000 Milestone: Game-Day Drinks (Choice of Soda/Juice) at the 10/9 away game!

  • 🥈 $16,000 Milestone: Full-Size Candy Bars for the whole band at the 10/23 game!

  • 🥇 $20,000 GRAND GOAL: Whole-Band Ice Cream Sundae Buffet Party after Thursday rehearsal on 10/8!
